With three decades of corporate governance experience, Humperdinck is a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for driving positive change. A thought-leader in the field of sustainability, his career has spanned consulting to both PwC and KPMG on major financial crimes investigations, authoring a business university textbook, and guiding business leaders on change management.

Humperdinck describes his mission with ESG PRO Limited as being to enable organisations of every size, from SME to corporations, to embark on meaningful sustainability reporting. He believes that ESG unlocks the honesty, transparency, and integrity of corporate life, and that every business has a role to play in helping to create a better society in the face of the climate emergency.

In 2013, Humperdinck was invited by the government of Kenya to initiate a scheme to protect a major wildlife sanctuary from poachers. He recruited, trained, and armed a platoon of rangers to great success, while employing as many as 90 local tribespeople in support. A committed adventurer and lifelong sailor, Humperdinck has sailed solo as far afield as South America.

Natashia Lee

Director

With an honours degree, Natashia is now in the final stages of obtaining her Master of Laws (LLM) in readiness to specialise in ESG, with an emphasis on corporate governance and employment law. Natashia’s love of law was driven by the joy she felt when working for a UK government All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) drafting policy and presenting research and data directly to the Cabinet Office. Natashia continues to inform and guide the government on Hong Kong integration issues in light of the BNO visa scheme. She’s delivered presentations to No. 10 Downing Street and members of the House of Lords, while managing the onboarding of new members, conducted research, and drafted white papers on matters of education, housing, and immigration law. Key to her ESG experience, she co-drafted the white papers and advised on policy recommendations to prepare the legislation.

As a former director of a UK charity operating in northern Kenya, Natashia says, “I witnessed the effects of drought, starvation, and corruption by foreign global corporations and charities alike. If these organisations were held to ESG standards and supply chains made accountable, the risks of these adverse impacts could have been mitigated”.
