Хампердинк Џекмен

Како експерт застапник за одржливост, во 2024 година Хампердинк се појави на британската телевизија дебатирајќи и со Најџел Фараж и со Сер Џејкоб Рис-Мог за прашања од ESG. На ист начин, тој нуди практичен и разумен пристап во оваа област.

Наташа Ли

Професионален профил

Наташија Ли дипломирала со оценка „Magna cum Laude“ на Универзитетот во Илиноис, а потоа магистрирала по право со специјализација во ESG. This assists companies on achieving their goals and ambitions, short , mid & long term. Our approach will be to manage clients both directly and through building some strategic partnerships. Whether you an SME with the growing challenge sustainability reporting to your clients or prospects or a large company realising the huge challenge of the changing legislation globally or the mammoth task for data gathering scope 3 carbon emissions in your value chain we can assist.


I build relationships with clients & partners built on understanding their goals, objectives and business challenges and always strive to seek innovative solutions to help companies gain a competitive edge as well as supporting their compliance & governance reporting.
During 2023 I professionally trained as a MC / Toastmaster with the UK’s leading Toastmasters Federation ( TMCF ) so periodically I will be presiding over a number of weddings, corporate and fundraising events in the future. My Saturday job.
Since 2015 I have been the Chairperson at the Weir Archer Wheelchair Racing Club and help with key fundraising year on year and the club now has over 20 athletes, some aspiring to be Paralympians.

Jane Whitfield

Jane has over 20 years’ experience in private client work, specialising in trusts and charities, having worked in this area since she qualified. She advises charities on governance matters and trustee duties, as well as establishing new charities and advising on the various legal forms available. She also carries out governance reviews for charities.

Jane is an accomplished solicitor who brings a unique blend of commercial application and strong technical, academic and research skills gained in the City and in highly regarded regional practices. Jane was a partner of a law firm in Berkshire, where she was Head of Trusts & Charities, before she moved to Northamptonshire.

Jane is a full member of STEP and a qualified Trusts & Estates Practitioner, as well as a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

Between 2019-2021 Jane was President of Berks, Bucks & Oxon Law Society, having been its Vice President between 2017-2019 and a member of the Executive Committee since 2015.

From 2014–2017, Jane was the Chair of the Law Society’s Wills and Equity Committee, having been a member of the Committee for the previous 9 years. During her time on the Committee she co-authored the 3rd Edition of “Charities as Beneficiaries”, published by the Law Society and the Institute of Legacy Management.

Other co-authorships include the first edition of “The Christian Charities Handbook”, and “Socially Responsible Investment: A Guide For Pension Schemes and Charities”.

Jane is a trustee of The Law Society Charity, and is currently chair of the board of trustees of Smile International. In 2019, Jane represented The Law Society Charity at the PILnet Global Forum in Singapore. In addition, her work with Smile International and Smile Charity Uganda has involved two trips to Uganda to visit the charity’s projects there, as well as a trip to Zimbabwe.

With over 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry. From starting as a gym instructor to becoming a General Manager with Marriott International, my journey has taken me across a diverse range of hotel environments, from coastal resorts to prestigious golf destinations, each sharpening my leadership, operational, and strategic skills.

During my 18 years with Marriott, I developed a deep understanding of hotel operations and guest experience, leading high-performing teams and driving measurable improvements across service quality, profitability, and compliance. My leadership approach balances strategic foresight with an attention to detail, ensuring consistent excellence in health and safety, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

A driving force throughout my career has been my commitment to sustainability. I’ve successfully led multiple hotels to achieve Green Key and Audubon Sustainable Awards, embedding long-term environmental practices that also deliver commercial benefits. More recently, I became a certified Food Waste Expert with The Pledge, allowing me to help businesses cut carbon emissions, reduce waste costs, and enhance their ESG performance through practical, data-led strategies.

I work with independent and branded hotels to improve operational performance, profitability, and environmental impact, helping them implement sustainability frameworks, reduce waste, and achieve recognised green certifications. Working with hotels to achieve frame works like Green Key has given me a great sense of achievement to know we are improving the way hotels do business within the local community and overall impact on the planet.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: great hospitality and responsible business go hand in hand. My focus is on helping hotels reach their potential, not only by elevating guest experience and operational standards, but by creating a more sustainable and resilient future for the industry.
