Humperdinck Jackman
Chief Executive Officer
Humperdinck is a lecturer on ESG, sustainability, risk, supply chain, and governance at Kingston University and University College London (UCL), as well as a published author. His book on writing a business plan is now used as a university textbook, and his articles have appeared in major publications globally, including in The Times and The Telegraph.
An expert advocate on sustainability, in 2024 Humperdinck appeared on UK television debating both Nigel Farage and Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg on ESG matters. By the same token, he brings a practical and reasoned approach to the field.
His career started at law school, followed by service in the US Navy, and studying electronic engineering and computer science, he transitioned to corporate governance. He contributed to Lord Woolf’s reforms of the UK Civil Evidence Act in respect of the admissibility of electronic document imaging being accepted in British courtrooms.
Humperdinck’s experience in matters of sustainability included a three-year stint fighting poaching of endangered species in Africa. As Trustee and Chairman of the international wildlife charity AFRICALITY, he was invited by the government of Kenya to arm and train his own team of rangers. He then brought down an entire state government for corruption. He was then hunted by one of President Moi’s hit-men and escaped by the skin of his teeth.
Humperdinck sailed the Atlantic Ocean twice single-handed, crossing from Venezuela to the Canary Islands and back. He’s happiest when far out at sea!
He now lives in rural Worcestershire with his beloved wife and German Shorthaired Pointer.
